I could successfully flash a Dell OptiPlex 9020 using it, to install libreboot.
Internal flashing under linux using debian package (from unstable) flashprog v1.4.
As requested in

This chipset is marked as untested. If you are using an up-to-date version
of flashprog *and* were (not) able to successfully update your firmware with it,
then please email a report to flashprog(a)flashprog.org including a
verbose (-V) log.'
please find attached the log for write, and also for read (of original Dell firmware, also internally done).
