[flashprog] Maintenance release v1.0.1-rc1

Hi all, flashprog has fallen behind with libgpiod compatibility. As it changed the API with version 2.0, which already ships with at least Fedora and ArchLinux. So we'll have a small maintenance release to include a new libgpiod bit-banging driver that uses the new API. The code is available through the tag `v1.0.1-rc1` and as a tarball[1].
